Today’s Meal Makeover Ambush episode started out with Atlanta, went to Brand-new Orleans, and during this section Dr Oz heads to Philly. Dr Oz Steak Tacos and Black Bean Stew Formula

Chef Jose is famous for his / her steak taco’s and today he came on to Dr Oz indicate to give it a “makeover” in order to prove that he can make a delicious steak taco while using healthy ingredients.

Meal Taco Ingredients :

 2 Corn tortillas
 4 oz of of marinated skirt meat
 1 ounces of salsa roja
 2-3 cuts of spicy avocado
 1 ounces of stewed black beans
 1 tablespoon of grated Cotija cheese

Marinade instructions :

 4 ounces of dress steak (slice this steak 1/2 inch across grain)
 1/2 cups of extra virgin olive oil
 1/4 cups of Italian parsley simply leaves
 1 chopped garlic cloves
 1 tsp of kosher salt

Dark Bean Stew Recipe

Dr Oz enjoys black beans as a healthy alternative in many of the recipes that appear on his demonstrate. Chef Garces utilizes the black color beans to make a stew and it also really looked delectable!

 1 finely chopped onion
 1 roasted red spice up (deseed, peel, and then slice)
 1 roasted green spice up (peel, take out the seeds, and slice)
 2 chipotles en adobo
 2 roasted garlic herb cloves
 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
 1 tbs of dried oregano
 1 tbs of sugar
 1 quart connected with rinsed black coffee beans
 3 quarts of water
 4 sprigs epazote
 2 tablespoons of salt

Salsa directions :

 6 beefsteak tomatoes
 1 garlic cloves
 1/2 onion
 2 tomatillos
 1 roasted chile de arbol
 1 chipotle en adobo
 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
 2 tablespoons of kosher salt (this is suggested)

Char the beefsteak tomatoes, garlic, onion, tomatillos, and jalepeno within the grill. Except for the beefsteak put all ingredients within a blender for the hot sauce recipe. Put the steak in the bowl and fill marinade in. Deal with and marinate for 30-40 a few minutes in fridge.
For the black beans : Sweat the onions in addition to garlic in combined oil until gentle. Add remaining ingredients as well as heat to a boil. Then mix in blender. Always rinse black beans and hang them in stew pot filled with water. Add sea salt and epazote.
